On February 14th, Plac Małachowskiego 2 transforms into a place where a romantic aura meets the energy of our open kitchen. We have prepared a menu that is like the perfect date: surprising, passionate, and leaving you wanting more.
This year at InFormal Kitchen, we celebrate relationships the way we love most – at a shared table, with great wine and dishes that stimulate the senses. Our Chef has composed a menu where classics meet a modern twist.
For 199 PLN per person, we have prepared a four-course journey through flavors that complement each other perfectly.
- A Great Start (Choice of Appetizers): You can begin with the Vitello Tonnato Bruschetta, elevated by citrus caviar, or opt for the freshness of Sea Fish Carpaccio with a spicy ponzu sauce. For fans of lighter flavors, we have prepared Vegetarian Tacos with zucchini and mushrooms – perfect for sharing over the first glass of wine.
- The Warm-up (Soup): Nothing sets the mood like a velvety sweet potato cream with roasted almonds and ricotta mousse. It is a warm prelude to what comes next.
- Main Courses – The Heart of the Evening: The choice is yours. Will it be the Duck Breast in fruit sauce with caramelized Brussels sprouts, or perhaps delicate Spinach and Stracciatella Dumplings? For fish lovers, we have Salmon with grilled vegetables and an intriguing sepia crisp.
- Sweet Finale (Desserts): Valentine’s Day without dessert does not exist. We suggest a Light Champagne Mousse with a strawberry center or the absolute classic of seduction: Chocolate Fondant with a molten white chocolate heart.
